You need your personal link
This calendar opens from the private link an officer texted you. Open that link again —
it signs you in automatically, so there is no password to remember.
If the link stopped working, it was probably replaced. Ask an officer to send a new one.
Questions?
- How do I sign up for a shift?
- Tap any orange box. Orange means nobody is on it yet.
- How do I get off a shift?
- Tap your own name on that shift.
- What do the colours mean?
- Orange still needs someone. Indigo is covered. Grey is closed for that day.
- What is “Possible 2nd”?
- A second place on the same shift. An officer fills that one, so ask an officer
if you want it.
- How long is one box?
- Six hours. Two boxes together make a full 12-hour shift. Three boxes counts
as 1.5 shifts. Please try to select at least 2 shifts in a row.
- Can I still change a date once the month starts?
- The shifts you picked lock on the 1st of the month. After that, contact an
officer to be taken off one — you cannot drop it yourself.
- What about shifts still open after the 1st?
- Feel free to select them as a paid shift (after your 4). Shifts nobody has
taken stay open all month.
- Why can’t I take myself off?
- Either the month has started, or you are in the second place, which an officer
sets. Ask an officer either way.
